We are looking for an HR Recruiter for a renowned bank, located in the heart of Zurich. The contract duration of the position is six months (Ref. Nr. 1445).
- You support the recruitment process
- You deliver administrative support
- You recruit senior profiles and advise Hiring Manager in all recruitment related
- You process applications and interact with candidates actively
- You are responsible for budget/allocation
- You ensure strict adherence to policies/guidelines
- You participate in/lead local and global recruiting projects/initiatives and analyze recruitment metrics/reports as requested
Essentials Skills and Qualifications
- Commercial apprenticeship or University degree
- Experience in recruitment in a global environment and matrix organization
- Fluent in English and German
- Valid working permit
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Dedicated problem solver with a can-do attitude
- Professional and confident manner at different levels and cultures
- Independent and well-structured working practice
