HR Recruiter – Projectmanagement 80-100%

We are looking for an HR Recruiter for a renowned bank, located in the heart of Zurich. The contract duration of the position is six months (Ref. Nr. 1445).

Key responsibilities
  • You support the recruitment process
  • You deliver administrative support
  • You recruit senior profiles and advise Hiring Manager in all recruitment related
  • You process applications and interact with candidates actively
  • You are responsible for budget/allocation
  • You ensure strict adherence to policies/guidelines
  • You participate in/lead local and global recruiting projects/initiatives and analyze recruitment metrics/reports as requested

Essentials Skills and Qualifications
  • Commercial apprenticeship or University degree
  • Experience in recruitment in a global environment and matrix organization
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Valid working permit
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Dedicated problem solver with a can-do attitude
  • Professional and confident manner at different levels and cultures
  • Independent and well-structured working practice
