For a globally successful financial instituion located in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst starting as soon as possible for 12 months with the option of a permanent position (Ref. 1707).
Your main tasks
- Managing hiring / recruiting process
- Updating weekly open roles reports and liaising with HR on the current candidates and the stage of the recruitment
- In charge of the monthly / bi-weekly financial review calls with function heads
- Active support in budgeting and forecasting activities
- Participate in various ad-hoc financial / business management activities
Your Qualifications and Experience
- 3+ years working experience in business management / financial management or similar
- Experience with HR projects is an advantage
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint are a must
- Knowledge of systems like Oneppm, Essbase or Myshop is an big advantage
- Fluent English
